This giveaway is organized by Dydas (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “Dydas”) and is not in any way affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by the manufacturer (Rabbit, Inc.) of the Rabbit R1 personal AI device. The Rabbit R1 personal AI device is a product manufactured by a third-party company, and Dydas is not associated with or responsible for the product or its performance. Any and all questions, concerns, or issues regarding the device should be directed to the manufacturer.
2. Eligibility Requirements
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Dydas and their immediate family members, as well as any affiliates or agencies associated with this promotion, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Method
To enter, participants must apply to the demo waitlist on Dydas.com during the promotional period. By applying to the demo waitlist, entrants are automatically entered into the giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete or submitted after the end date will not be considered.
4. Promotional Period
The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on September 9, 2024, and ends at 7:50 PM EST on October 31, 2024. Entries submitted after the promotional period will not be valid.
5. Prize Details
One (1) Rabbit R1 personal AI device (approximate retail value: $200) will be awarded to one randomly selected winner. The winner will be responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional costs associated with the prize. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
If the Rabbit R1 personal AI device is unavailable for any reason, Dydas reserves the right to substitute the prize with another product of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random on October 31, 2024, at 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The selected winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days following the selection. The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim the prize, or another winner may be chosen at Dydas’s discretion.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the prize notification within the designated timeframe, Dydas reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
8. Privacy and Data Collection
By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their email addresses solely for the purpose of contacting them if they are selected as the winner.
